Danielle Barrett - Insurance Coordinator
Danielle is our insurance/billing coordinator and has been in the dental field for 9 years. She works remotely for the practice and is a full time RV-er, traveling with her husband and two dogs.
In her spare time she can be found reading, chasing down the best coffee and donuts in whichever city she is in, and cheering on the Nashville Predators from afar!
Diana Barreto - Operations Manager
As a seasoned dental insurance coordinator with three years of experience, I take pride in ensuring our patients receive seamless support with their insurance needs.
Beyond my professional role, I find joy in sports, particularly soccer with a fervent support for Real Madrid. Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my husband and our beloved pets.
Justin Baxter - Assistant Operations Manager
I have accrued a decade of experience in the hospitality industry in diverse roles, and for the past year, I have served as a patient coordinator in the dental field. I derive great satisfaction from working closely with individuals.
During my leisure time, I find enjoyment in watching hockey and spending quality time with my wife, two dogs, and friends.
MaryBeth Mahne - Front Desk Coordinator
As a recent college graduate, I am excited to begin my career in hospitality and the dental field. I take pride in providing a welcoming and warm environment for patients.
Outside of work I enjoy watching sports, being outside, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
Alichia Hassenrick - Lead Dental Assistant
I bring over seven years of invaluable experience as a dental assistant to our practice, where I am dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth dental procedures.
Outside of work, I have a strong passion for fitness and enjoy an active lifestyle. At home, I cherish the companionship of my dog, cats, and my boyfriend.

With over five years of experience and a genuine passion for helping others, I am committed to ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and well-cared for during their visit. I take pride in delivering high-quality chairside care and facilitating a seamless dental experience.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my Goldendoodle, maintaining an active lifestyle, and staying fit. I also have a love for travel, exploring new destinations, and discovering diverse cuisines.
Teressa Sanders - Dental Assistant
With five years of experience as a dedicated dental assistant. I have a diverse skill set working in both general dentistry and oral surgery. Throughout my career I have been committed to providing exceptional patient care, ensuring that every visit to the dentist is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé and daughter. We love embarking on road trips, exploring new places, or discovering exciting food experiences.
Ali Estes - Dental Assistant
Although I’m fairly new to dental assisting, I strive to bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work. I’m always eager to deepen my understanding of dental procedures and patient management.
